You need to register an account with us to purchase products on Tap tap. Create an account on Tap tap using the simple steps below!

Step 1: Go to TapiTap.kz website and click on ‘My Profile’ on the top right of the page. 

Step 2: Select ‘Register’ and you can register with your Email. Alternatively, you can also register using your existing Gmail, Yandex, VK ID, X (Twitter) or LinkedIn account. 

Step 3: You can start shopping once you have registered with an account on TapiTap.

Yes, you can browse our website without an account. However, if you wish to purchase one of our products, please register for an account.

Making Your First Purchase?

To place an order, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Product Details page of the item you would like to purchase and select ‘Buy Now’.

Step 2: Some products may require you to select the variations before you can place an order (e.g. colors, size, flavors and so on). Note: The minimum quantity is set to 1 by default. Click on the ‘+’ icon if you would like to purchase more than 1 item.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You will then see a “Check Out” button appear. You can click on “Check Out” and pay for the item. Note: If you are unable to add the item on your cart, the item might have a limited stock quantity. There are high chances that someone else already did and the product is now out of stock. Kindly refresh the page after for the stock to be updated and you may try again.

Step 4: When checking out, ensure the correct Pick Up Point Address & Phone No is selected.

Step 5: Select the Payment Method for this order.

Step 6: Click on ‘Place Order’ button to proceed with the transaction.

Step 7: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will see a Payment Success page. Click on ‘View Order’ to view the order status. The average delivery time is 14 days to arrive at your destination.

All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep!

Extra Note: You will be receiving an order number and an order confirmation email upon a successful transaction. You may also use this to track the progress of your order on our Order Tracking Page, and use your Order ID as a reference for our Customer Service Representative, if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.

You can track your order anytime by going to your TapiTap Profile that can be found on the top right corner of the TapiTap website. Please click on My Profile and select “Orders” or key in your Order ID in the “Track My Order” box.

As a Buyer, you do not need to select Shipping Options. TapiTap’s system will select the best Shipping Option for your account and will have your order delivered within 14 working days or less.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please reach out to TapiTap’s friendly service staff.

Yes, your shopping experience on Tap tap is important to us. We have a Refund Policy in the "Refund" section in Offer Agreement. Information is also available on the website in the "Refund section".

Yes. Customers of TapiTap will automatically be enrolled into our TapiTap Membership Program. You will receive benefits like birthday vouchers, monthly discount specials, special preview sales and more.

You can leave a review once you have received your order. You can find the “REVIEW” button next to your Order details in your Profile Page.
