Return of the product
The right to return goods of proper quality
The Customer has the right to return the goods of proper quality to a Foreign Seller if the following conditions are met:
- Compliance with the return period: The return period after receipt of the goods must not exceed the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Safety of the goods and packaging: The goods and their packaging must have the original presentation.
- Product labeling: All labeling on the product must be present without damage.
- Lack of use of the product: The product must not be in use.
- Providing documentation: The customer must provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product.
Exceptions
The customer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if such goods can be used exclusively by the person purchasing them or, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are not subject to replacement and/or return.
The refund process
- Self-return: The return of goods of proper quality to a Foreign seller takes place at the expense and on the initiative of the Client. The foreign seller does not reimburse the Customer's expenses for the shipment of the goods.
- Refund: Funds for the returned goods are returned to the Customer in accordance with the agreements reached during negotiations between the Seller and the Customer.
The product is of inadequate quality
If defects are found in the product of inadequate quality, the Customer has the right to return it. However, Tapitap.kz does not provide guarantees for the goods of a Foreign seller.
Refund procedure
- Contacting a Foreign seller: The client contacts a Foreign seller, describes the problem and provides the requested documents and information.
- Waiting for a decision: The client is waiting for the decision of the Foreign Seller. In case of a long wait, the Customer can contact the Support Service Tapitap.kz .
- Return of the goods: After the return is approved by the Foreign Seller, the Customer independently returns the goods to the address provided by the Foreign Seller for return. The customer chooses the refund method.
Dispute resolution
In case of disagreement with the decision of the Foreign Seller, the dispute is referred to the Support Service Tapitap.kz The Support Service may request from the Client and the Foreign Seller additional information and documents necessary to make a decision on the dispute.
